Who we are

This policy covers expressauto.io and the Agentic Auto Tech app ("the app"), operated by Express Auto Repair, 1041 San Mateo Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066. The app is a work tool for the staff of auto repair shops that use Agentic Auto.

What the app collects

• Staff account details: your name, username, role and the bay you work in. Your shop creates your account.
• Vehicle and repair records you enter: license plate, VIN, mileage, inspection findings, notes and repair order details.
• Customer contact details your shop enters at check-in: name, phone number and email, used to create repair orders and send the updates your shop approves.
• Photos you take for check-in and inspections, stored with the repair order they belong to.
• Voice: when you use hands-free features, speech is turned into text on your device. Short recordings may be sent to your shop’s server for transcription and are not used for any other purpose.
• A push notification token, so the app can alert you about jobs and approvals.

What we don’t do

• No advertising, and no tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.
• We don’t sell or rent personal information.
• The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

How it’s used

Only to run the shop: checking vehicles in, keeping repair orders and inspections, ordering parts, getting customer approvals and sending the updates your shop sends. Bruno, the in-app assistant, answers using your shop’s own records. Parts orders and customer messages always wait for a person to confirm.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service, each only for its role: Supabase (database and file storage), Railway (hosting), Twilio (text messages your shop sends), Apple and Google (push notifications) and an AI model provider for Bruno. Customer names, phone numbers and emails are removed before a request goes to the AI provider. Parts orders go to the supplier your shop uses, only after a person confirms.

Keeping and deleting data

Repair records are kept for as long as your shop keeps using Agentic Auto, since shops need service history. A shop owner can close a staff account at any time, which signs it out of every device. To ask for your data or for it to be deleted, email us and we’ll reply within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Sign-in sessions are stored only as one-way hashes, and each device can be signed out on its own.

Children

The app is a professional tool for adults and isn’t directed to children under 13.
