A family-owned auto repair shop serving San Bruno and the Bay Area since 1997. Founded by Hani and Mayy Yaser, Express Auto Repair grew from a gas station on San Bruno Ave into an independent shop now at 1041 San Mateo Ave, specializing in Tesla and German auto service.
Our Story
Express Auto Repair was founded in 1997 by Hani and Mayy Yaser, who started the business at a gas station on San Bruno Ave. With a commitment to honest, quality work on both domestic and foreign vehicles, they built a reputation across San Bruno, Millbrae, South San Francisco and the Peninsula.
From 1997 to 2026 the Yaser family — Hani, Mayy and their two sons and daughter — proudly served the Bay Area community. In 2026, the business passed to a close family friend whose goal is to continue that same legacy: expert service, fair prices, and the kind of personal care you only get from a family-owned shop.
Today, Express Auto handles everything from routine oil changes and factory scheduled maintenance to complex engine, transmission, and electrical system repairs — with the official Tesla diagnostic software, which we license, and Porsche PIWIS 4 in the shop.

Specialist Tesla Repair
We license the official Tesla diagnostic software. We handle diagnostics, calibrations, suspension, high-voltage battery replacement, 12V battery, HVAC, Autopilot and all Tesla service. Most Tesla repairs are completed same day.
Specialist Porsche Service
IMS bearing upgrades (996/997 911), PDK transmission service, Cayenne V8 coolant pipe repair, and full Porsche maintenance, diagnosed with Porsche PIWIS 4.
