Specialist Tesla Repair & Service
Express Auto is a Tesla repair shop, and we license the official Tesla diagnostic software. We use it for diagnostics, repairs and calibrations, from battery health checks to Autopilot camera calibration. Most Tesla repairs are completed same day.
Free inspection, walk-in or by appointment: a code scan plus a visual inspection
Our free inspection is a code scan plus a visual inspection of the car. Diagnostics is for when we need more time to find the root cause.

Frequently Asked Questions — Tesla Service
Does Express Auto have the official Tesla diagnostic software?
Yes. We license the official Tesla diagnostic software. It lets us read fault codes across the car, calibrate Autopilot cameras and confirm each repair before you pick the car up.
How long does a Tesla repair take at Express Auto?
Most Tesla repairs are completed same day. Start with a free inspection, a code scan plus a visual inspection, walk-in or by appointment.
Does using Express Auto void my Tesla warranty?
No. Using an independent shop doesn’t void your factory warranty. Repairs Tesla covers under warranty should still go to Tesla. OEM parts we supply carry our 2-year/24,000-mile warranty.
What Tesla services does Express Auto perform?
We perform Tesla service and repair including suspension and control arm repair, high-voltage battery replacement, 12V battery replacement, brake service (pads, rotors, fluid flush), cabin and HEPA filter replacement, tire rotation and alignment, heat pump diagnosis and repair (Model Y), HVAC service, Autopilot camera calibration and scheduled maintenance.
What does Tesla service cost at Express Auto?
Express Auto charges independent labor rates for Tesla service. We give you a written estimate before any work starts. The inspection, a code scan plus a visual inspection, is free. Diagnostics, when we need more time to find the root cause, is $250, waived when the repair is completed by our shop.
How much does Tesla Model 3 or Model Y suspension repair cost?
It depends on how many parts need replacement and whether you choose OEM or aftermarket parts. We require an inspection before we recommend any replacement parts. We photograph the damage and send you the photos and inspection data, so nothing is guesswork: a cracked bushing is plain to see, and that link needs replacing. We gather the right data and give you competitive pricing compared to the dealer. Each front corner has two lower control arms and one upper control arm. Best practice is to replace control arms in pairs, both sides of the axle, so the suspension stays balanced and equally strong side to side.
Do you use OEM Tesla parts or aftermarket parts?
Either, your choice. We source OEM parts from Tesla, and we can source aftermarket suspension parts to meet most budgets. Tesla doesn’t offer wholesale parts pricing to independent shops, so we pay the same price for Tesla parts as anyone else. OEM parts we supply carry our 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty; aftermarket parts are covered for labor only.
